There is no age limit, but due to the complexities of some puzzles the minimum age for a group of children only is 13 years, but they will have to be accompanied to the venue by an adult who takes responsibility for them, without having to enter room. Children up to 12 years old must be accompanied into the room by an adult who will play with them.

Once you enter the room, you and your team will have 60 minutes to solve all the puzzles needed to escape.

If you are unable to complete the adventure in 60 minutes, the game master will offer you to purchase 30 extra minutes, but this only if you are at a good point in the game. Otherwise you can still exit the room but the mission will have failed.

We are here to help you. We will follow your progress throughout the game and help you when needed.

We have three game modes: – Family: unlimited help. – Competitive: 5 helps. – Impossible: 1 help.

The door will be closed during the game. However there is an emergency button right next to the door that allows you to open it at any time, but only in case of emergency; do not cheat.

Certainly. The puzzles inside our rooms require no physical effort. However, we recommend contacting the facility to be sure that the room you choose is suitable for your condition.

Yes, after booking your room you will receive a confirmation email containing the summary of your booking. In case of change of date, time or cancellation we ask you to contact the number 3338107336 at least two hours before the appointment, barring unforeseen circumstances.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late and the next round is booked and we cannot move it, we will have to reduce the length of your game in order to guarantee subsequent sessions.
